Contemporary Home Loans is a modern and dynamic company passionate about finding the best loan for you. We provide up to date information on loan packages available from over 30 Bank and Non Bank Lenders, and will sit down with you to choose the loan that suits your financial circumstances.

Once the loan and loan type has been decided, we'll take care of the paperwork, submit the application, and negotiate with the Lender on your behalf. Once approved, we will liaise with your Settlement Agent or Solicitor, to make the transition to home ownership as smooth as possible for you.

Who Are We?

The Principal of Contemporary Home Loans is Graeme Uren. Graeme has been involved in the finance and lending industry for 15 years, and holds a Finance Broker's License issued by The Finance Broker's Supervisory Board of Western Australia, and abides by their Code of Conduct.

How Much For Our Service?

NOTHING! This professional service is free. We are paid by the Lender for introducing business to them. The interest rates, fees and charges are usually the same, or in some cases better than those offered if you went to the Lender direct. And unlike the banks, we are contactable 7 days per week!
